RETURNS POLICY*

We accept returns on VICTORY range hoods within 30 Days of Delivery as long as they meet the following criteria (no returns accepted on any accessories or parts):

  • Unused and in its original packaging with a valid receipt from VICTORY.
  • The unit is free of installation marks, scratches and dents.
  • Manuals, screws, and any other parts are included in the box.
  • Return is processed and an authorized return shipping label is obtained within thirty (30) days from the date the product was received/delivered. The return label must be used within 2 weeks.
  • The cost of the original shipping as well as shipping the returned product, insuring the product against damages, and any applicable clearance/import fees are NOT COVERED by Victory Range Hoods.

We will refund the cost of the range hood (excluding shipping AND a minimum 10% re-stocking fee) once our quality control team has reviewed and completed their inspection and confirms it meets the above noted criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if the returned product fails to meet these criteria.  

Please DO NOT return items without authorization and without meeting the above required criteria. They will not be accepted.

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, please refer to our Damages Policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY*

We accept exchanges on VICTORY range hoods within 30 Days of Delivery as long as they meet the following criteria (no exchanges accepted on any accessories or parts):

  • Unused and in its original packaging with a valid receipt from VICTORY.
  • The unit is free of installation marks, scratches and dents.
  • Manuals, screws, and any other parts are included in the box.
  • Exchange is processed and an authorized return shipping label is obtained within thirty (30) days from the date the product was received/delivered.
  • The cost of shipping the returned product, insuring the product against damages, as well as any applicable clearance/import fees are NOT COVERED by Victory Range Hoods.

There are no re-stocking fees for exchanges only if the return meets the above criteria. The return shipping costs (back and forth) will be added to the cost of the exchange. We will process the exchange once our quality control team has reviewed and completed their inspection and confirms it meets the above noted criteria. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange and deny credit if the returned product fails to meet these criteria.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order during the processing stage of the order by calling or emailing us with your order confirmation number at 1.800.394.4020 or info@kitchenhoods.ca.  Once your order has been provided with a tracking number it is usually too late to cancel as the order could have shipped. Please check the tracking number to find out if the item has been picked up from our warehouse. If your item has shipped, we cannot stop the shipment and you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above. 

*EXCEPTIONS

We DO NOT accept returns on parts and accessories, installed items, and custom orders including (but not limited to):

  • Accessories (wall caps, roof caps, backdraft dampers, etc.)

  • Custom Orders (backsplash, range hoods, custom cuts, custom services, etc.)

  • Replacement Parts (circuit boards, drivers, lights, displays, switches, filters, etc.)

  • Installed items of any kind or items that have been tampered with or modified
