Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied when you buy Spagna Vetro (Euro) range hoods and backsplashes online.
All range hoods are eligible for returns within 14 days after the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.
All returns MUST HAVE return authorization number from KitchenHoods.ca prior to shipment. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be in new condition with original packaging material and must be shipped PREPAID at the customer’s expense.
All return shipments will be inspected for any damage/missing parts before an exchange can be processed.
No refund/credit will be issued for any damaged/lost return shipments.
In order to process services/replacements/exchanges, customer will be required to provide basic information - KitchenHoods.ca's invoice number and/or sales receipt number, date of purchase, proof of payment, and the nature of the problem.
All replacements and exchanges must be approved by the customer service manager.
All returned items must be free from scratches, dents, or any other damage. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on installed or used items. Customer agrees to be responsible for all shipping and any handling charges for all replacements and exchanges.
Returns from USA are not accepted.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order and the item comply with your City Hall requirements.

Damages
We do our very best in packaging our products to reduce the risk of damages, but sometimes unit might arrive damaged. It is very important to inspect the item upon delivery.
If you notice any dents or punctures on the package please refuse the package or make note of it on the documents and call customer service at 1-800-315-0359 for assistance or email us at sales@kitchenhoods.ca.
We will take every possible step in getting you out a new unit in a timely fashion.Please note that it will take about two to three weeks in order for us to know if the claim will be approve or not. If the unit was accepted and signed for and there was concealed damages, we will do everything necessary to repair or send you a replacement unit and pick up the damaged unit in a timely fashion.
All damages during shipping and missing parts must be reported within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery. |
